Resources and Support

At the Licking County Board of Developmental Disabilities, we partner with people to encourage them to maximize their potential, assume a level of responsibility according to their abilities and secure their future. We use resources creatively and responsibly to build a community that cares about and contributes to the quality of life of its fellow citizens who have developmental disabilities.

The 211 Crisis Hotline and Information Center is a valuable resource for the Licking County Board of Developmental Disabilities and the people it supports. Like any member of our community, anyone supported by LCBDD can call 211 at any time to get information about community resources such as food banks, health and dental care options, volunteer opportunities or mental health services. 211 can also be accessed by calling 740-345-HELP, 740-345-4357 or toll free at 1-800-544-1601.

Click here for more information about 211.

If you or a family member are supported by LCBDD and you are in an emergency situation after normal business hours, please call 211 (740-345-HELP, 740-345-4357 or toll free at 1-800-544-1601) and ask for the LCBDD on-call service coordinator. You will be connected with someone from our agency to assist you.
