Nancy Neely, the Superintendent of the Licking County Board of DD has announced plans to retire at the end of this year. Neely has more than 35 years experience serving people with developmental disabilities– including 30 years in Licking County.
Newark Elks Make Donation
The Newark Elks Lodge 391 recently donated $20,000 to the Licking County Board of Developmental Disabilities to benefit people in Licking County who have cerebral palsy.
Our Board presented Make A Difference Awards to Providers who went ‘above and beyond’ in 2014. The award recipients were selected based on nominations from their peers, local families, or the LCBDD staff.
LCBDD Board Changes
Jean Wright recently completed nearly twelve years of service on the Licking County Board of Developmental Disabilities. Jean is replaced by Lauren Montagnese. Lauren’s term on the Board begins this month.
