Our Board presented Make A Difference Awards to Providers who went ‘above and beyond’ in 2014. The award recipients were selected based on nominations from their peers, local families, or the LCBDD staff.
LCBDD Board Changes
Jean Wright recently completed nearly twelve years of service on the Licking County Board of Developmental Disabilities. Jean is replaced by Lauren Montagnese. Lauren’s term on the Board begins this month.
Seasonal Work Success!
Harry & David in Hebron hires nearly 1,600 seasonal employees during the Holidays. Among those employees are eight men and women who receive services or support from our Board.
Don’t forget to visit Kicks Mix, Inspiration Station, and La Tea Da during your holiday shopping adventures. These local stores are part of larger organizations that help men and women who have Developmental Disabilities.
