A native of Newark, Luke graduated from Muskingum University with bachelor’s degrees in business and Spanish.

He has over 15 years of experience in all aspects of human resources, including wellness and safety.

He is currently the president of Newark Kiwanis and a Licking County Humane Society volunteer. He previously served as the Licking County Human Resource Management Association president and worked on the campaign cabinet for United Way. Additionally, he participated as a Licking County Chamber of Commerce Chamber Ambassador.
