Beth Tharp is a lifelong resident of Licking County and currently resides in Heath. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Communication Technology from Cedarville University.

She began her career with the Board working at Licco, Inc., primarily as a fiscal specialist in the business office. In 2013 she moved to the administration department to serve as the assistant to the superintendent and oversee the administrative support team.

In her current role she provides executive support to the superintendent and other leadership team members and serves as the Board’s records and privacy officer.

Beth is a member of the Heath Church of Christ.
