Crossfit Newark Adaptive Powerlifting

CrossFit Newark has an Adaptive Athlete Powerlifting class that meets the 1st and 3rd Saturday of each month. The goal is to prepare athletes, age 14 and above, for the opportunity to qualify and compete in the State of Ohio Special Olympics. The cost is $20/month.
