2016 Camp Hamwi Programs – Price – $525

FYI -Hamwi applications will be accepted through July 9. Questionnaires must be completed by July 12.  All forms must be completed in order to finish the camp registration process for your child.  An incomplete questionnaire or missing forms could result in applications not being accepted. Scholarships are available- Transportation to Camp Hamwi will be provided from the Central Ohio Diabetes Association office

Senior Challenge   Ages 13 to 17  July 24 — July 30

Junior Challenge    Ages 7 to 12    July 31 — August 6
