Superintendent Nancy Neely sent a letter to families of people attending LICCO, informing them that their loved ones would have more choices for direct service providers. Instead of relying on LICCO to be “everything to everyone,” individuals would have more opportunities to visit and select other agency providers. “LICCO Inc. will continue to operate,” Neely wrote. “Over time it will serve fewer people and have its own ‘niche’ like other adult service programs in Licking County.”
