Angie Finck grew up in the Licking Valley area.  In her youth, her employment focused on supporting others by working as a swim instructor, lifeguard, camp counselor, daycare provider and college math tutor.

She obtained her bachelor’s degree in business administration from Ohio State University in 2001 while employed as a member service representative at Hopewell Federal Credit Union.  She was promoted as Hopewell’s first operations coordinator to manage special projects and compliance.

In 2002, she returned to her passion of supporting others as a service coordinator at LCBDD.  In 2014, she was promoted to a service coordination team leader position. In 2016, she became the director of provider relations and in 2019 she became the director of provider and transition supports. She became LCBDD's Chief Operations Officer in June 2023.

She continues to live in the Licking Valley area with her husband and two daughters.
