The regularly scheduled Licking County Board of DD Board meeting on June 16 will be held at the E.S. Weiant Center, 116 N. 22^nd St., Newark, and via video conference. Committee meetings will begin at 4:45 p.m. and the regular meeting will begin at 5 p.m.

Members of the public interested in virtually attending the meeting should email Beth Tharp at Beth.Tharp@lcountydd.org by 4 pm. on June 16. She will email out the information to attend the meeting via Zoom 15 minutes before the meeting begins.

Visits joining the meeting virtually will be muted, but are encouraged to use the chat function in Zoom to ask questions during the hearing of visitors time frame. Visitors on the agenda will be unmuted when their topic is being discussed.

Visitors attending in person will be able to speak during the hearing of visitors time frame of the meeting.
