David Q. Wigginton was appointed to the Licking County Board of Developmental Disabilities' Board of Directors by the Licking County Probate Court in January of 2023.

He previously spent 12 years on the Board, and served as Board president, before finishing that term in 2017.

David is a Newark resident and has been practicing law since 1985. He is currently a Magistrate and Court Administrator for the Fifth District Court of Appeals.

He also serves as President of the Licking County Aging Partners and is a member of Newark-Heath Rotary.
