Hope Hindel lives with her mother and dog, Gideon, in Newark. She is a student at Central Ohio Technical College and works at Otterbein Senior Life Community in Granville.
She is excited to share her story and encourage other adults with disabilities to set goals and pursue their dreams.
“Obstacles can be overcome with resilience and hard work — and always ask for help,” she writes.
In her spare time, Hope enjoys reading, walking her dog and visiting with family and friends. She is currently learning to drive, using hand controls.
